| Abstract: | ZnSe–CdSe substitutional solid solutions were prepared by isothermal diffusion over the entire composition range and characterized by x-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The structure of the solid solutions was found to change from cubic to hexagonal between 30 and 40 mol % CdSe. |
