摘    要:以梧桐庄煤矿的突水治理为例,以一种全新思维方式将矿井水控制、处理、利用、回灌与生态环保五位一体优化结合,统筹管理,较好地解决了矿井水害防控、水资源利用与生态环保相互之间的矛盾和冲突。
