摘    要:针对蒸汽管道存在的高能耗、低效率、设计不合理等技术问题,通过导出蒸汽稳定流动公式、稳态导热公式和热流量公式建立了架空蒸汽管道水力热力一体化计算模型,并用IAPWS-IF97公式获得较为精确的蒸汽状态参数。实例计算结果表明,管道温度和压力计算误差均在8%以内,模型计算精度较单纯水力计算有很大提升。该模型可为架空蒸汽管道在现有生产条件下确定合理的运行参数及蒸汽管道的设计提供依据。

Abstract:Steam,due to its feature of "key special of air pollution prevention and control",has been used as one of the most important energy resources for ships and petrochemical enterprises. In order to solve the technical problems of high energy consumption, low efficiency and unreasonable design of the existing steam pipeline,the overhead steam pipe hydraulic thermal in-tegration model has been established by deriving the steam steady flow equation,the steady heat conduction formula and heat flow formula.The precise state parameters of steam have been obtained by using IAPWS-IF97 formula.The calculation results show that the calculation error of pipeline temperature and pressure is less than 8%,and the calculation precision of the model is much higher than that of the single hydraulic calculation.The model can be used for oil steam pipeline under existing production conditions to determine how to provide a theoretical basis for the parameter optimization of reasonable operation,which provides the basis for the design of steam pipeline.
