摘    要:针对某油田A区块地面集输系统生产能耗偏高的现象,提出了一套利用可再生能源优化生产系统的可行性方案来降低该区块的能耗经济损失。针对该区块原有的生产系统和改进后的生产系统进行用能评价,判断改进方案的可行性。通过建立矩阵模式热经济学模型,采用经济分析方法,对系统中的主要能耗设备进行成本计算,综合考虑了系统能量利用率和投资费用两方面因素,通过经济对比发现,改进后系统中主要产品的经济成本明显降低。指出了合理利用能量以保证经济效益的途径,能够综合反映系统的节能性与经济性,为系统方案设计的比较与决策提供了科学依据。

Abstract:There is high energy consumption during production process in the surface gathering system of A block,thus a feasible project is proposed to cut down the economic loss in the block,using renewable energy to optimize the production system.This paper aims to make energy evaluation between the original and the improved production systems,and determine the feasibility of the improved one.A matrix pattern thermal economics model was built up and the exergy economic analysis method was applied to calculate the energy costs of the main energy-consuming equipment in gathering system,comprehensively considering two factors including the energy utilization efficiency and the investment costs.By comparison,the energy economic costs of the main products in the improved system decreased apparently.It indicated the appropriate energy utilization could promise the economic efficiency,reflecting the energy saving and economy of the system,which provided scientific basis for the comparison and decision of the program design.
