锁环式快开盲板机构设计与强度分析

设计了一款锁环式快开盲板机构,并进行静强度校核分析,确保结构的强度与刚度满足使用要求。同时针对快开机构部分的结构特点,对锁环进行两接触对的接触进行分析,校核结构在接触面上的接触应力是否超出许用应力。然后对设计产品进行压力实验,验证结构设计满足使用要求。基于Matlab GUI设计平台研发的产品设计计算软件,为产品详细化设计计算提供理论计算工具,大大缩短了系列化产品研发设计周期。

Structure Design and Strength Analysis of Lock-ring for Quick-opening Blind Plate

In this study,a lock ring type quick opening blind plate was designed,and the static strength check was analyzed,to ensure the structural strength and stiffness to meet the requirements.According to the structure characteristics of quick opening structure,the two contacts for the lock were analyzed to check whether the stress of structure of contact on the contact surface exceeds the allowable stress.Then the pressure experiment was conducted to verify that the structural design is able to meet the corresponding requirements.Finally,combined with the design of the product,based on the Matlab GUI design platform,the product design and calculation software were developed,which provides a theoretical calculation tool for the detailed design of the product,and greatly shortens the cycle of product design.
