Fast-curable two-component polyurethane sealant for automobiles

The widely application of polyurethane sealant in the automobile assembly line sets a higher requirement of its curing time.This paper presents a solution to this problem by using the fast-curable two-component polyurethane sealant.The mixing mode and mixed result of fast-curable two-component polyurethane sealant are very important,and by using the special sizing equipment this problem is well solved.Comparing with the one-component polyurethane sealant,the fast-curable two-component polyurethane was used in the automobile assembly line,the production efficiency was enhanced greatly and the performance was more adjustable,moreover,the product became reliable and had stronger serviceability.
