摘    要:多元录取的招生政策完善了高职教育人才选拔机制,高职院校的人才培养要适应招生改革,可以通过关注不同入学方式学生基础文化课、专业基础课及专业课的成绩变化情况,借助科学的分析方法,及时发现不同类型学生的学习差异及其缘由,开展有针对性的教学研究与探索,制订更为切合实际的课程教学改革策略,切实提高课程教学质量。

Abstract:The multiple admission policy perfects the talents selection mechanism of higher vocational education. Cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges should adapt to the admission reform. For the students enrolled in different ways,we can focus on their grades changes of general literacy courses,specialized basic courses and specialized courses,with the method of scientific analysis,to find out different types of students? learning difference and its reason. Then we can carry out targeted teaching research and exploration,make more practical teaching reform strategy and improve teaching quality realistically.
