| 摘 要： | 电子阅览室是现代化图书馆的重要组成部分，它以计算机技术、网络通信技术为基础，是集电子型文献的阅览、咨询、教育培训与服务为一体的现代化多功能阅览室。从图书馆电子阅览室的功能、重要性以及加强规范性管理等三个方面论述了管理方式的规范化，以期提高读者阅读的质量。
