热轧机导向辊的失效分析

摘    要:高铬铸钢在热轧机导向辊上的应用较多,但由于导向辊常常发生早期失效,造成很大的经济损失。本文采用金相分析、透射电镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度等测试方法,研究了高铬铸钢导向辊的早期失效问题。指出了产生早期失效的主要原因是材料的组织结构不良,提出了采用碳化物细化、球化处理工艺、严格控制加热温度防止出现过热组织等提高导向辊使用寿命的工艺措施。

Abstract:The high chromium cast steels are often used in the guiding roller of hot-rolling mil. However, as the guiding rollers often cause early failure, it results in huge economical losses. The early failure of the high chromium cast steel guiding roller was studied by OM, TEM, SEM and microhardness test. It is pointed out that the main reason that causes early failure is poor microstructure, and it is proposed that refining carbides, spheriodizing, controlling heating temperature and preventing overheated structure can improve the service life of guiding roller.
