磁流体粘度特性研究

摘    要:通过对旋转式粘度计进行改进,在测试区域内产生了可调磁场,并利用该实验台,分别测定出2种磁性液体的粘温和粘磁关系。结果表明:磁流体在磁场的作用下,粘度随外加磁场的增强而逐渐增大,呈现非牛顿流体的特性,主要由于磁粒子沿磁力线运动,这种运动会使悬浮粒子流动阻力增大,表现为粘度的增大;在没有磁场作用时,与一般的润滑剂一样,磁流体的粘度随温度的升高而逐渐降低,基载液的粘度随温度的变化规律对磁流体的粘温关系影响很大,基本符合Arrhen ius公式。

Abstract:By developing the traditional rotational viscometer,a controllable and variable magnetic field was obtained.By this viscometer,the viscosity of magnetic fluid was tested under the condition of changing temperature and magnetic field intensity.The experimental result shows that,viscosity of magnetic fluids increases with the increasing of magnetic field,and it shows significant non Newtonian characteristics.Actually,the reasons which indicate the increasing of viscosity is that suspended particles follow the direction of magnetic line when there is a magnetic field which will increase flow resistance.When without magnetic field,like other lubricant the viscosity of magnetic fluids decreases with the increasing of temperature and the law of viscosity variation with the temperature has a great effect on the viscosity variation of magnetic fluids,and conforms to Arrhenius formula.
