1 000 kV变电站V型串软母线施工中导线下料长度的计算方法

摘    要:基于双“I”型绝缘子串软母线导线下料长度的计算方法,提出了一种“V”型绝缘子串软母线施工导线下料长度的计算方法。采用算数平均数计算挂点之间的档距,等效投影算法计算金具绝缘子串的长度,编制了相应的算法程序,解决了特高压变电站“V”型绝缘子串软母线施工导线下料长度难以确定的问题。1 000 kV南阳开关站的工程实践表明,文中提出的方法是可行的,并且具有较高的效率。

Abstract:Based on the method to calculate the length of conductor blanking of flexible buses for double I-shape insulator strings, a method to calculate the lengths of conductor blankings in the construction of flexible buses for V-shape insulator strings of 1000kV substation is proposed. The span between suspension points is calculated by arithmetic mean algorithm, the length of insulator string including the fitting is calculated by equivalent projection algorithm, and corresponding program for above-mentioned algorithms is developed. Thus the difficult problem to determine the lengths of conductor blankings of flexible buses for V-shape insulator strings in the construction of 1000kV substation is solved. The engineering practice of 1000kV Nanyang switching substation shows that the proposed method is feasible and efficient.
