Study on Adaptive Control for Low Bit-rate Video Compression Coder |

| Abstract: | This paper presents an improved adaptive buffer control algorithm on the base of brief introduc-tions of existing ones. Some practical problems have been discussed in details. Through computer simulation over typical image series, it is demostrated that the proposed algorithm has better performance than conven-sional BOC algorithm,without significantly increasing implementation complexity. |
