摘    要:不锈钢衬纸在使用过程中要求具有一定的耐高温性能,为此可以通过添加某种耐高温助剂来达到目的.通过实验比较了两种无机耐高温助剂和一种有机耐高温助剂对纸页耐高温性能及强度性能的影响,以寻求合适的耐高温助剂及其适当的应用性能.研究结果表明,无机耐高温助剂具有较好的耐高温效果,但会对纸页的强度性能造成一定的损失;有机耐高温助剂耐高温效果不很明显,但不会影响纸页的物理强度.两者结合使用可以获得较好的耐高温效果和强度性能,其中无机耐高温助剂的质量分数为5%,有机耐高温助剂的质量分数为8%时可以达到进口不锈钢衬纸的耐高温性能指标.

Abstract:Interleaving paper needs to meet heat resistant property in use,and it can be realized by adding some heat resistant additives.By comparing heat resistant property of two kinds of inorganic heat resistant additives and a kind of organic heat resistant additive,to search the appropriate additive for interleaving paper.It indicates that inorganic heat resistant additive has the better heat resistance while loses paper's strength,and organic heat resistant additive is helpful to paper's strength but has no significant contribution to heat resistance.The together of inorganic and organic heat resistant additive is good to heat resistance and strength.
