CPVC/ABS/CPE/超细石墨共混材料的研究

摘    要:将ABS和CPE作为氯化聚氯乙烯的改性剂,使用超细石墨粉体做填料,制备了具有导热性能的共混材料。实验结果表明,该材料中石墨粉体的含量为50PHR时,材料的导热系数可以提高近20倍。超细石墨粉体的导热改性效果明显高于普通石墨粉体。

Abstract:It prepared the thermal conductive blending composite of chlorinated polyvinyle chloride(CPVC) with using acrylnitrile butadiene styrene(ABS) and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) as both modifiers and superfine graphite as filler.The experimental results showed that the thermal conductivity of the blending composite with the content of 50PHR superfine graphite powder,is increased about 20 times.The modifying effect for thermal conductivity of the composite of the superfine graphite powder is much better than that of the ordinary graphite powder.
