摘    要:针对直接管式轻型加热炉使用过程中存在的对流室弯头箱密封处渗水问题进行了全面分析,找出了弯头箱渗水、弯头箱积灰腐蚀、衬里脱落的原因,并提出了处理措施。同时提出了直接管式轻型加热炉需要改进、完善的有关建议。

Abstract:The leakage in the seal of the bend-box of convection room for the direct fire tube furnace was analyzed. The reasons for leakage, corrosion and lost of undercoat for the bend-box were found,and the measure to deal with these problems was put forward. The suggestion for improving the direct fire tube furnace was presented as well.
