核电站设备状态偏差报警设计与改进

摘    要:核电站的安全功能依靠现场执行机构完成,执行机构的正常运行对核电站安全至关重要。因此,必须对现场设备进行连续监督,以监测与现场设备相关的任何故障。尤其是当操纵员对执行机构进行操作后,需要监视执行器的启停状态,并判断控制指令与状态反馈之间的一致性。当两者不一致时.通过偏差报警提醒操纵员执行机构可能存在故障。从设备状态偏差报警的定义和产生原因人手,详细介绍了偏差报警的功能设计处理逻辑及显示方式,并在深入分析后提出一种偏差报警逻辑改进设计。该设计能够过滤设备的“正在启动/正在停止”状态,从而将真正的故障信息反馈给操纵员,有助于操纵员对故障信息进行更好的认知。

Abstract:The safety function of nuclear power plants depends on the field actuators.The normal operation of the actuators is very important to the safety of nuclear power plants.Therefore,continuous supervision must be carried out on the field equipment to monitor any faults related to the field equipment.Especially when the operator operates the actuator,it is necessary to monitor the start and stop state of the actuator and judge the consistency between the control instruction and the state feedback.When the two.are inconsistent,the deviation alarm will remind the operator that the actuator may be out of order.From the definition and causes of deviation alarm device status,introduces in detail the funcetion of the deviation alarm design,processing logic and display mode,and put forward a kind of dev iation alarm after thorough analysis logic design improvements,capable of filtering equipment“are start/stop”state,which will be the real fault information feedback to the operator,help operator to better cognitive fault information.
