摘    要:目前,1.2 m风洞现有的节流锥"集中"式流量调节方式只能进行单发进气道试验.为验证风洞进行双发进气道试验的可行性,提出了一种分布式流量调节方法.该方法提高了节流机构的流通效率和流量调节能力,能够有效减小流量节流机构的外形尺寸.对分布式流量调节机构与测控系统进行了详细设计,并通过试验进行了验证.试验结果表明:分布式流量...

Abstract:The current throttle cone“concentrated”flow adjustment mode can only be used in single transmission inlet test.In order to verify the feasibility of the test of the air inlet of the wind tunnel,a distributed flow regulation method is proposed.This method improves the flow efficiency and flow adjustment ability of the throttle mechanism,and can effectively reduce the appearance size of the flow throttle mechanism.The distributed flow regulation mechanism and the measurement and control system were designed and verified by experiment.The experimental results show that the distributed flow adjustment device,the flow control system and the dynamic collection system are designed to meet the test requirements.The flow of distributed flow throttle mechanism can meet the flow demand of 1.2 m wind tunnel inlet test,and can provide technical support for the establishment of the two delivery airway test technology of 1.2 m wind tunnel.The distributed flow regulation method can effectively reduce the appearance size of the throttle and flow measurement mechanism,and reduce the requirement of the space of the organization.
