Abstract:Aiming at the impact of the huge load fluctuation on the water supply system under fast cut back(FCB)condition,the difficulties and key points of the control of the water supply system without full voltage pump under FCB condition are analyzed.The steam source switching mode and control strategy are optimized to maintain the normal operation of the water supply system.Verify through relevant tests.According to the response of the water supply control system during FCB's preparatory test,the opening of the switching valve under FCB's working condition was calculated and positioned according to the calculation principle of the switching valve steam flow.The control strategy of the water supply system and the control method of steam source switching were further optimized to realize the smooth switching of steam source under FCB's working condition.This method avoids the large fluctuation of water supply flow clue to the sudden change of steam flow,and finally achieves the expected control effect,and successfully completes the FCB test under 100% load.The optimization of the control strategy of the water supply system provides some reference for the design and optimization of the water supply control system of other units of the same type.
