摘    要:随着微纳米结构含能药剂在火工品中的广泛应用,微尺度火工品逐渐朝着微型化方向发展。这对小尺寸条件下温度的测试提出了新的挑战。燃烧温度作为微尺度火工品输出性能的重要参数之一,对火工品输出能力评价具有重要意义。为了测量微尺度火工品燃烧温度场,根据三基色原理和普朗克定律建立三基色测温公式,搭建了一套由光学镜头、彩色相机、软件系统和计算机组成的测温系统。利用黑体炉对系统进行标定,建立温度与三基色值的关系,并对测量误差进行了分析与讨论。通过与红外热像仪测量结果对比,三基色测温法的准确性较高,两者测得的最高温度相差不超过1%,为微尺度火工品燃烧温度场的测量提供了思路。

Abstract:As the nanostructure energetic material has been widely applied into micro explosive initiating devices,micro explosive initiating devices have gradually developed toward miniaturization,which has brought new challenges to the measurement of temperature under small-scale conditions.As one of the important parameters of the output performance of micro explosive initiating devices,the combustion temperature is of great significance to the evaluation of the output capacity of micro explosive initiating devices.In order to measure the combustion temperature field of micro explosive initiating devices,the three primary color temperature measurement formula was established according to the principle of three primary colors and Planck's law,and a temperature measurement system composed of optical lens,color camera,software system and computer was built.The system was calibrated using a blackbody furnace to establish the relationship between temperature and three primary color values,and the measurement error was analyzed and discussed.Compared with the measurement results of the infrared thermal imager,the accuracy of the three primary color temperature measurement method is higher.And the maximum temperature measured by these two methods doesn’t exceed 1%.The study provides an idea for the measurement of micro explosive initiating devices combustion temperature field.
