摘    要:针对配电网单相接地故障频发的情况,亟须尽早发现、准确判断、快速处置,提出了一种对变电站内消弧线圈控制器、接地选线保护装置的运行信息和工况信息进行监测管理、分析应用的信息系统。该系统与变电站监控系统、调度自动化系统、配电自动化系统相融合,涉及单相接地信息数据的采集、转发、处理等过程。主要阐述了该系统的架构、信息采集、数据传输情况和主要功能。通过该系统的实际应用情况,表明单相接地信息监管系统对提升运维管理水平是可行的。

Abstract:In view of the frequent occurrence of single-phase grounding faults in distribution networks,it is urgent to detect early,judge accurately and dispose quickly.An information system is proposed to monitor and analyze the operating data and working condition of the arc-suppression coils and the single-phase grounding fault protection devices.The system is integrated with substation monitoring system,dispatching automation system and distribution automation system,and involves the data acquisition,forwarding and processing of single phase to ground information.The system architecture,information acquisition,data transmission,main functions and an application example are discussed.The results show that the proposed system is feasible.
