Abstract:Class 1E instrument and control(I&C)system is nervous central of the nuclear power station,and it is necessary for safe operation of the nuclear power station.To confirm the reliability and safety of Class IE I&C system,the equipment quality,equipment qualification(EQ),is the main method.Due to the limitation of cost and time,EQ sample which can represent the engineer product will be used by EQ testing.So,the representativeness of the EQ sample for Class IE I&C system of the nuclear power station are critical for whether the result of EQ is appropriate for engineer product.NB/T 20344 and EEE standards put forward some requirements and analysis approach for representativeness of EQ sample.Based on relevant regulations and standards,the representativeness of the EQ sarmple is discussed,the elements of qualitative analysis are described,and new approach of quantitative analysis is proposed based on cofficient of conformity.And,this approach can improve the reliability of the representativeness analysis result.
