摘    要:在铜精炼电解工艺中,部分废电解液需要进行脱铜、脱杂处理。为了提高祥光铜业电解净液工序中高纯铜产品的直收率,提升经济效益,故对初期硫酸铜生产工序、电积铜及脱杂工序和硫酸镍生产工序进行改造,最终将原生产的硫酸铜和部分高杂的电积铜及高杂含铜物料优化成高纯 A 级铜和高纯铜粉。

Abstract:In the electrolytic process of copper refining, part of the waste electrolyte needs to be treated with copper removal and impurity removal. In order to improve the direct yield and cost saving of high-purity copper products in the electrolytic cleaning process of Xiangguang Copper Industry, the initial copper sulfate production process, electrodeposition copper and impurity removal process and nickel sulfate production process are reformed. Finally, the original production of copper sulfate and part of high impurity electrodeposition copper and high impurity copper containing materials are optimized to produce high purity grade A copper and high purity copper powder.
