基于解码矩阵的网络视频监控系统设计

摘    要:针对当前网络视频监控系统具有的功能不能满足特殊现场需求的问题,设计了一种可以将监控画面直接在电视墙上显示、具有解码软矩阵的网络视频监控系统。系统包括网络视频预览模块和软矩阵解码模块,采用了H.264编解码算法对网络视频进行处理,RTP/RTCP流媒体传输协议进行传输。总体来说,本文所设计的网络视频监控系统,具有价格低、性能强、通用性好以及扩展能力强等优点。

Abstract:The aim of the paper is to deal with the problem of not meeting the requirements for the video supervising system in industrial site, the paper designs a network video monitoring system which has the decode soft matrix and could display videos onto the television-waU directly. The system contains network video displaying module and decoding soft matrix module, and uses H.264 to encode and decode the video and RTP/RTCP to transmit the video. All in all, the network video monitoring system owns advantages of low price, strong performance, high universality and good extensibility.
