摘    要:阐述了全电动注射成型技术的研究进展,重点介绍全电动超高速注射成型技术的研究现状。结果认为,高速、高效、节能成为了精密注射成型技术的主要发展方向;全电动超高速注射成型具有高速、高压和快速响应等特点,成型制品具有很高的尺寸重复精度和成型效率。

Abstract:The research developments of all-electric injection molding technology were described.The recent development of all-electric ultra high speed injection molding technology were briefly introduced.The results indicate that high speed,high efficiency,energy conservation have become the major trends of precision injection molding technology.All-electric ultra high speed injection molding with high speed,high pressure and rapid response characteristics,the size of molding products have high repeat accuracy and forming efficiency.
