6种节能降耗技术在聚酯装置上的应用

摘    要:介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司在聚酯装置上实施的6种节能降耗生产技术,具体是冷凝液回用、使用氧化尾气输送对苯二甲酸(PTA)、降低反应水中乙二醇(EG)含量工艺优化、EG回用、热媒炉燃料“油”改“气”、聚酯装置碱洗技术。实践证明这6种技术切实可行,装置能耗由原来的225kg标油下降到现在的191kg标油,且工艺简单、技术合理、投资少见效快、不影响产品质量、并降低了产品成本,实现了环境效益与经济效益的统一。

Abstract:Several techniques for energy saving and consumption reduction in PET unit, including recovery of condensate, transportation of PTA by oxidation vent gas, decreasing ethylene glycol content in ester reaction water, recovery of ethylene glycol, changing fuel from residue oil to gas in heating furnace, alkaline cleaning of PET unit, were introduced. The results showed that these techniques were practical, simple and technical logical. The energy consumption on standard decreased from 225kg to 191kg.
