磁研磨法应用于模具型腔的光整加工

摘    要:磁研磨加工法具有很好的柔性、自适应性、可控性等优点,可以在复杂形状工件表面得到较低的粗糙度值,可以加工过去传统工艺所无法加上的复杂形状内表面,如复杂型腔、微型内螺纹表面、弯管内表面等工件.利用磁研磨法对复杂自由曲面型腔的光整加工的工作原理、加工条件等做了介绍,对影响自由曲面模具型腔光整加工的磁研磨特性分析.
