国外碳排放核算标准现状与分析

Study On International Carbon Emission Assessment Standards

The carbon emission assessment is the foundation of carbon emission reduction calculation and trade.Relevant assessment standards have been published by the international standard authorities such as ISO,WRI,WBCSD,BSI,etc.This paper introduces and analyzes some popular standards from the aspects of terminal energy consumption carbon emission and life cycle carbon emission,which is expected to shed some lights on carbon emission assessment work for colleagues.
