| Abstract: | The new methods to extract natural organic matter,such as supercritical fluid extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction,enzyme extraction and biomimetic extraction,solid phase extraction and solid phase micro-extraction technology,were summarized.For natural organic compounds,the general separation methods,such as extraction,precipitation,membrane separation were discussed.The high-speed countercurrent chromatography,macroporous resin adsorption techniques were described in detail. |
