微粒大小对Ni/TiO2基电流变液性能的影响

摘    要:通过力学性能测试、形貌观察重点研究了Ni/TiO2基微粒的电流变特性,并对比了粒径对电流变液性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内随粒径增加,电流变液强度减少,粒径越小电流变液强度越高,电流变液形貌链变粗变壮;Urea、SD BS、TEA的添加可提高电流变液的剪切强度和稳定性。

Abstract:By means of mechanical properties test and microstructure observation,the properties of Ni/TiO2 group core-shell particles ER fluid were studied,and the effect of particle size on the properties was compared.It is found that within a certain range,with increasing the particle size,the property of ER fluid decreases.The smaller of the particle size,the higher of the ER properties.Meanwhile,particles chain of ER fluid becomes stronger and thicker.The addition of Urea,SDBS,TEA can improve shear stress and stab...
