5083铝合金搅拌焊接头力学性能研究

摘    要:用自行设计的Flared-TrifluteTM搅拌头对2mm厚的5083铝合金板材进行搭接搅拌摩擦焊实验,通过测量焊接接头的单向剪切拉伸强度和接头各区域材料的硬度。结果表明:当旋转速度为1800r/min,进给速度为30mm/min,接头的拉伸剪切强度可以达到200.12MPa;相邻的第二道焊接没有对第一道焊缝硬度分布产生影响。

Abstract:The self-designed Flared-TrifluteTM friction stir head was fabricated. 5083 aluminum alloy sheet with 2 mm thickness was friction stir overlap welded, and the best welding parameters were obtained by experiment. The results show that with rotation speed at 1 800 r/min,and feed rate at 30 mm/min, the shear strength of overlap can reath 200.12 MPa, and the second weld pass has no effect on the hardness distribution of the first welding seam.
