摘    要:文中提出光导纤维直径测量系统的新方法.就几种影响因素从理论和实验上对激光衍射法测量细丝直径进行精度分析,改进测量系统,并以正交CCD组为接收元件,解决传统测量方法中存在的不足.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new method about light-guiding fiber diameter-measuring system. Some factors that will affect the diameter measure accuracy of laser diffraction were analyzed from theory and experiment. Also, measure system was improved, the deficiency of traditional measure method was solved by using positive-crossing CCD groups as receiving component.
