关于构建高校教师薪酬体系的思考

摘    要:在分析高校教师薪酬体系设计的基本目标以及考虑的主要因素的基础上,提出构建一个以基本薪酬为主,以业绩薪酬为辅,津贴、福利、社会保障等并用,金钱报酬和非金钱报酬并行,具有激励性、可操作性的薪酬体系,并通过岗位评价、薪酬调查、绩效考核等以配套支持。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new way to construct pay systems,based on a careful analysis and consideration on its objects and factors,that is,to form a system dominated by the basic salary,subsided by their achievement,allowance,social welfare,and security.It is a system with money awardness and non-money awardness consequently,which is a new,encouraging,and practical pay system.Meawhile,it is sustainable with systems of post assessment,pay researchment,and achievement and efficiency assessment.
