| 摘 要： | 通过对断裂的CPT—986固井车柱塞泵连杆螺栓进行检验以及对事故现场的勘察分析,作者认为,断裂的主要原因是偏心轮开裂变形,致使连杆螺栓承受附加载荷。同时连杆螺栓本身冶金质量差、热处理工艺不当也是导致断裂的重要原因。

| Abstract: | After an inspection and examination of the fractured linking-bar bolt used for plunger pump on CPT-983 cementing truck and a survey on the accident spot, the authors hold that the main cause for the fracture is the deforming and breaking of the acceutric wheel on account of additional loading on the linking-bar bolt as well as the poor metallurgical quality and improper heat-treatment of the linking-bar bolt. |
