| 摘 要： | 讨论了适用于集成制造模式的开放式数控系统的结构和功能,对数控系统中网络制造功能、智能制造功能、监控与诊断功能,可重构性及与基于状态监控的机械制造设备管理信息系统无缝联接等方面进行了研究,并提出了解决方案,同时对各个功能的实现方法进行了分析,建立了适用于集成制造模式的数控系统的功能模型,并对一些功能给出了实际应用模型,为实现该数控系统奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | The structure and function of open NC are analyzed for the integration manufacture environment(IM). Some functiongs are studied, what are the network manufacture function, the intelligence manufacture function, the state monitoring function, the remote diagnosis, and the seamless link with Equipment Management System. Then, the resolvent is brought forward. The implement of each function is investigated, so the function model is built for IM. Some actual models are designed. A open NC model for IM is established. |
