摘    要:分析了三种不同定义的螺旋刃口曲线的异同和与优劣 ,给出了二轴联动数控加工时不同截形的螺旋沟槽球头铣刀的刃口、沟槽及砂轮截形、相对进给速度等设计模型 ,并通过实得沟槽及计算机模拟结果进行了验证 ,认为借助该模型可获得较理想的球头回转铣刀。

Abstract:The advantages and differences of three kinds of spiral cutting edge with different definition are analyzed. The models of cutting edge, the flute of ball end milling cutters with spiral flute of different section, and the section profile and relative feed speed of grinding wheel are provided. By the actual obtained flute and the computer simulation results, the models are checked and it is considered that the satisfied ball end milling cutters can be obtained with the models.
