设计单位档案信息化建设探讨

设计单位的档案蕴藏着大量的有用信息，存在着潜在的经济效益并可再生利用，对企业的生存和发展具有较大的促进作用。档案信息化建设是社会发展的必然趋势，针对我国设计单位档案信息的管理现状，提出以抓好电子文件管理为突破口，以建设信息化管理平台为基础，以培养档案信息管理人才为条件，切实开展档案信息化建设工作，全面促进设计工作效率的提高。

Research on The Archive Informationization in Design Companies

The archives of design companies contain a huge amount of useful information and possess potential economic benefit and can be recycled, which is of significant importance to the surviving and development of the companies. Archive informationization is an inevitable trend of social development. In line with current situation in the achieve information management in domestic design companies, it is proposed that the archive informationization process should be implemented with the focus on electronic file management, with the basis of building an information management platform and with the condition of educating archive information management personnel, so as to fully promote the efficiency in design work .
