井下低频水力振动器的工作特性研究

摘    要:井下低频振动解堵对于解决油水井的堵塞具有良好的发展前景.为了研究井下低频水力振动器的工作特性,根据振动器的实际工作情况建立了单个及多个振动器串联条件下的数学模型.利用上述模型对单个振动器进行了仿真计算,得出任意时刻振动器活塞的运动速度及位移;并以两振动器串联为例计算了上游振动器对下游振动器的影响,认为将振动器串联使用并不影响振动器的正常工作.通过现场9口井的实际施工作业表明,井下低频振动解堵对油田实际生产具有很大的意义.

Abstract:A new type of low frequency hydraulic vibrator was studied in this paper. According to the workings of the vibrator, this paper recommended the formulas which simulated the work of the single vi- brator and multi-vibrator. Through the result of simulation, the speed and displacement of vibrator piston can be obtained at any time, especially the effect between upper vibrator and lower one. The result presents that the upper vibrator can not affect the work of lower ones, so the hydraulic vibrator can be used in series in the well bore. From the result of field application of 9 wells, the effect of plug removal is obvious and all vibrators work well.
