摘    要:以3-巯基丙酸为链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,采用自由基溶液共聚法合成低分子量,无异味的苯乙烯--马来酸酐共聚物。确定了聚合反应的最佳工艺条件,以产率为指标:反应温度80℃,反应时间4h,引发用量3.5%,链转移剂用量3.0%。产率达到96%以上,特性粘数为0 .078;以特性粘数为指标;反应温度80℃,反应时间5h,引发剂用量5.0%,链转移剂用量4.0%,产率达到95

Abstract:Low molecular weight weight ,odorless styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer was synthesized by free radical solution copolymerization with 3-mercaptopropinic acid as chain transfer 2.2-azoisobutyronitril as initiator 1.2-dichloroethane as solvent The influences of reac- tion temperature reaction time and amount of initiator and chain transfer on copolymerization were investigated and the optimum synthe- sis conditions were build by orthogonal test method
