基于遗传算法的PID控制器及应用

摘    要:对遗传算法和PID控制器做了简单的介绍,提出了一种应用遗传算法对PID控制器参数进行优化设计,重点介绍了遗传算法的优化过程。文章通过实例对几种参数整定方法的控制效果进行了仿真和比较,证明了基于遗传算法的PID参数整定方法的可行性和良好的控制效果。最后将该算法应用于气流炸药生产线的风速控制,取得了预期的控制效果。

Abstract:This paper gives a simple introduction for genetic algorithm and PID controller. A method is proposed based on genetic algorithm (GA), which uses genetic algorithm to optimize the PID parameters. The Optimization process is mainly introduced. The paper simulates and compares several parameters setting methods through an example and the result shows that the method based on GA is superior to current methods. At last, the algorithm is applied into the wind speed control in the air explosives production line and the anticipative effect is obtained.
