GRC平板模板的抗折性能试验研究

摘    要:通过正交试验,对影响GRC平板抗折强度的诸多因素及其水平进行了优选,找出了影响抗折强度的主要因素及其影响规律和机理。通过计算分析,给出了各影响因素的主次顺序,计算出了抗折强度与诸因素水平之间的关系。根据试验和理论计算结果,从中优选出了抗折性能较好的材料配比组合,并对其进行了指标估计。

Abstract:Some factors including influencing bending strength of glassfiber rinforced cement(GRC) plate and the corresponding content levels were selected, and some key factors and influencing laws were found by orthogonal experiment. The influence sequence of these key factors and relations among bending strength and content levels were presented by theoretical analysis. According to experimental and theoretical results, several matched groups could brought high bending strength were obtained, and the corresponding strength index was estimated.
