摘    要:介绍了溶胶-凝胶法(SG法)和沉淀-浸渍法(PD法)制备纳米TiO2光催化剂的方法。以0.12g/L的活性艳蓝X—BR染料溶液为光降解模拟废水,对纳米TiO2进行了光催化活性的评价。结果显示,采用SG法和PD法制备纳米TiO2,最佳焙烧温度均为500℃,在此温度下用PD法制备的TiO2对染料的降解率达100%,SG法制备的TiO2对染料的降解率达87.01%。采用X射线衍射(XRD)法对催化剂的结晶形态、颗粒尺寸等进行了表征,结果显示,两种方法制备的TiO2粒径相近,均随焙烧温度升高而增大;而PD法制备的TiO2具有更好的耐高温性;与SG法相比,PD法具有工艺简化、制备周期短的优点。

Abstract:Sol- gel method (SG method) and precipitation -doping method (PD method) were used for preparation of nano -TiO2 photocatalyst. The photocatalytie activity of nano -TiO2 was evaluated using the photo - degradation model of Reactive Brilliant Blue X - BR dye solution with the content of 0. 12 g/L. Resuits showed that the best calcination temperature was 500℃ for SG and PD methods, and the degradation rates of dye by TiO2 reached 100% and 87.01% respectively using catalysts by PD method at this temperature, and by SG method. The photocatalysts were characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the particle sizes of TiO2 prepared by two methods was similar, and particle sizes were larger with the higher calcination temperature. TiO2 prepared by PD method had better temperature resistance. Compared with SG method, the PD method had the advantages of simpler process and short preparation period.
