基于PLC和编码器的工件材质识别及自动分拣设计

摘    要:设计了一种应用于煤矸石粉碎生产线的高合金耐磨锤头工件材质识别及自动分拣装置。以S7-200 PLC为控制器,利用增量式旋转编码器、传感器、变频器等技术,完成了系统的硬件设计、软件设计和触摸屏上位机通信。实验结果表明:该装置智能化程度较高,可靠性好,可较好地应用于自动化煤矸石粉碎生产线中各种工件组合套件的自动分拣。

Abstract:A kind of high alloy wear hammerhead device of workpiece material identification and automatic sorting in the coal gangue crushing production line is designed.This system takes S7200PLC as the controller,designs the system's hardware circuits,completes the software design and touch screen communication using such as incremental rotary encoder,sensors and inverter technology.The experimental results show that the device has high intelligence and high reliability.It can be better applied for workpiece sorting in the automatic coal gangue crushing production line.
