基于Workbench的立体车库钢架稳定性分析

摘    要:杆件或桁架结构在承受压力的情况下,如果有外来的扰动很容易发生失稳,失稳部件将会导致整体结构的破坏,从而发生事故.本文通过对立体车库的车架结构进行屈曲分析,得知车架的主要失稳部位发生在前后面中间立柱、中间立柱附近的拉杆和两侧面的拉杆;共同失稳有两种趋势,随着载荷的增加,前后中立柱及其附近拉杆自上而下逐步发生失稳,而车架两侧的拉杆自下而上发生失稳;对于迎面向,纵向H型立柱表现最优,矩形次之,横向H型最差;对于方形立体车库,矩形最优.

Abstract:When a bar or truss system is under a large range of pressure, a outside disturbance will make it lost its stability, the unstable part will lead to the destroy of the whole system, so that an accident happen. In this paper, it finds out different buckling modes leading to the instability of mechanical parking system and compares stability of frame columns with differ- ent shape, then pushes out a new method according to the law. The law found out in the pa- per can provide a basis for the analysis of same kind system and provide the basis for the choice of truss-system materials.
