阀控偶合器主阀的阀口流场分析及结构改进

摘    要:水介质阀控液力偶合器是大功率刮板输送机最佳的软启动设备,电液阀是它的控制元件,对偶合器乃至整个系统的稳定运行起重要的作用。介绍偶合器液压系统,用Fluent软件对阀控偶合器主阀的阀口流场进行仿真,根据仿真结果对主阀结构进行了改进,使流场特性明显改善。

Abstract:The water valve-controlled hydraulic coupling is the best soft starter for high-power scraper conveyor,The electro-hydraulic valve is its coutrol elemeut and of importance to the coupling and whole system.Introduces the hydraulic system of the coupling,then analyzes the flow field of the main valve port by Fluent software,the valve is improved based on the simulation result,and the flow character is better than before.
