摘    要:采用理论设计和有限元分析相结合的方法,对37.00R57巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈与轮辋过盈配合进行优化设计。利用公式计算不同胎圈设计方案轮胎胎圈与轮辋配合的紧密程度、钢丝圈的安全倍数以及胎圈过盈力等,通过有限元模拟分析轮胎充气状态和负荷状态下胎圈与轮辋的接触情况和胎圈冯密斯应力分布情况,并对计算结果进行验证,选出优化方案。采用优化方案试制的轮胎在实际使用中胎圈与轮辋过盈配合恰当,轮胎气密性能良好,且装卸容易,轮胎在长时间使用中能保持正常充气压力。

Abstract:The design of interference fit between beam and rim of 37.00R27 giant OTR radial tire was optimized by combining theoretical design with the finite element analysis(FEA).The tight degree of fit between beam and rim,the bead security multiples and the bead interference fit force of different tire bead structure scheme were calculated by using theoretical formula,the bead-rim touch situation under inflating state and loading state,and the distribution of Von Mises force in bead were simulated by FEA to verify the calculated results.The optimum design scheme was established.During practical application,the trial tire adopting the optimum design scheme had proper fit between bead and rim,good airtightness,and at the same time it could be loaded and unloaded easily,and could maintain the normal inflation pressure in a long time running.
