摘    要:利用MARC有限元分析软件 ,进行密封条的压缩变形模拟分析 ,为密封条的设计提供了许多有价值的信息 :车门关闭力 (压缩受力变形响应 )、水泄漏 (接触压力和密封条形状 )。由此可得到综合性能较好的密封条 ,从而可以提高产品的设计效率 ,降低开发成本。

Abstract:By using software MARC, compression deformation of weatherstip seals is analyzed. A lot of important information can be obtained from simulation analysis, for example, door closing effort (compression load deflection response) and water leak (contact pressure and seal shape). With analytical results, the best balance of seal performance can be obtained. Consequently, the product design efficiency can be increased and development cost can be reduced.
