| Abstract: | An analysis was made on the influenced scope of environment during the construction of Baise Multipurpose Dam Project,and on the major contents of environment protection administration for the construction area,resettlement area,submerged area,construction sites of various specific projects,and other affected area.From the angle of construction enduser,the author probed into the environment administration system for major work construction area in respects of mechanism composition,operating program,environment monitoring,pollution control etc. |
