摘    要:比较粗直径钢丝绳国家标准、英国标准、国际标准及美国石油学会、欧盟等组织非专门粗直径钢丝绳标准的异同,探讨粗直径钢丝绳是否应划分级别和怎样划分级别。粗直径钢丝绳划分级别的合理性:在一定程度上表征了钢丝绳最小承载能力的高低;存在级别的缺陷性:采用强度数值表示粗直径钢丝绳级别不适宜,无法采用强度级别表示组绳钢丝平均强度。讨论质量系数是否与结构类别相关:质量系数应与结构类别对应,而欧美一些标准认为粗直径钢丝绳近似质量或质量系数与结构类别无关。从国际标准ISO 8369中最小破断拉力系数与直径的关系出发,推导出最小破断拉力与直径的关系,并绘出关系图。

Abstract:To compare the similarities and differences of large diameter wire rope standard between China, BS, ISO, API, EN and so on non special large diameter wire rope standard. Whether large diameter wire ropes are classed or not and how to class are discussed. The rationality of grade existing in large diameter wire rope is : it expresses minimum loading capability of wire rope high or low;the limitation is: adopting strength value to express large diameter grade is not suitable, can't adopt strength grade to express average strength of steel wire in rope. To discuss whether mass coefficient related to structure class or not : mass coefficient should correspond to structure class, but some standards of Europe and America consider the approx mass or mass coefficient of large diameter is not relative to structure class. The relationship between minimum breaking force and diameter is deduced from the relationship between minimum breaking force coefficient and diameter in ISO 8369, and the relation figure are drawn.
