硅石—碳化硅窑具砖

摘    要:针对硅砖使用过程中易断裂的弊病,在其生产工艺的基础上,以碳化硅代替部分硅石克服之。碳化硅的加入量为15%。初见成效,30%效果明显,1100℃的水冷次数高达13次。硅石—碳化硅砖集硅砖和碳化硅砖之优点而兼具荷重变形温度高,热震稳定好的特点。作为耐火材料烧成用的高温窑具,使用寿命比硅砖提高五倍以上。

Abstract:On account of the disadvantage-ready cracks of silica bricks in use and on the basis of their production technology, part of silica is replaced by silicon carbide to conquer the disadvantage. When silicon carbide takes the percentage of 15% ,some good results appear. When the percentage come up to 30%, apparent results appear. At the temperature of 1100 C the craklimit for the silica-silicon carbide bricks to dip into cold water is 13 times. The silica-silicon carbide bricks have both advantage of silica bricks and silicon carbide bricks. They have the properties of high-temperature refractorinese under load and thermal shock resistance. As high-temperature kiln furniture bricks used in baking refractory, their life span can be extended by 5 times.
