摘    要:介绍了Coolmax/棉织物的前处理、染色和抗紫外线整理工艺.前处理采用低碱半丝光工艺;热溶染色时,采用ES中温型分散染料等;进行抗紫外线整理时,紫外线整理剂CTA-760整理效果较HTUV100佳,在实际应用时应加以选择.

Abstract:Pretreatment and dyeing and ultraviolet resistant finishing of Coolmax/cotton fabric were introduced. In pretreatment, low alkali and semi-mercerizing process were applied. In thermosol dyeing, ES mid-energy disperse dyes were used. In ultraviolet resistant finishing, the effect of ultraviolet finishing agent CTA-760 was better.
